Why we exist
You called a clinic once and nobody answered. So you called the next one.
It happens in Hanoi and it happens in São Paulo. Nobody at that clinic was being careless — the receptionist was already on the other line, or it was half past seven, or it was Sunday.
One desk. Three shifts in a day. The arithmetic has never worked. And the only answer anyone has ever offered a clinic is another person.
